Shipping, Delivery and Returns


Deliveries that are in stock are shipped, normally, the day after ordering, but if the item is “On Backorder”, it may take up to 10 business days to ship (stock status is in the item). The state of “Out of Stock” means that we will no longer have the product again (note that we are a small company and the surplus fabrics are not easy to obtain in large quantities). – Up to 3 days from time of shipment

  • Portugal (Islands) – 8 € (Free for purchases above 150 €)

– Up to 5 days from time of shipment

  • Europe * – 7 € (Free for purchases over € 150)

– Up to 5 days from time of shipment

We reuse (when possible) local commerce boxes, but if the dimensions don’t make sense we use recycled boxes or envelopes.


You are entitled to a refund on online purchase within 15 days from the day you received the product. To do so, please contact us at with a description of the reason for the return (size, defect, etc.). Returns may not have been used or laundered or damaged by the customer himself, in which case we have the right not to refund. The cost and shipping of the return is at the customer’s expense. In the event of a full stock outage, if the order is placed within 15 days, instead of exchange, the purchase may be refunded.
