Kalium provides surface pattern and textile print design services through this website (kalium.pt) under the following conditions. By visiting, requesting access to, or using our website, you agree to accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. SERVICES & PRINT COLLECTIONS

Kalium specializes in custom textile print design, surface pattern creation, and curated print collections for fashion and apparel brands.

Protected Collections & Private Access: Prints within our exclusive collections are password-protected or restricted to authorized clients. Requesting access to view our private portfolio or current collection catalog does not grant any commercial rights, license, or copyright transfer to the client.

Exclusivity & Custom Projects: Every custom print design project or exclusive collection purchase is subject to an independent, legally binding Design Services Contract / License Agreement signed by both parties. The specific terms of ownership, exclusivity, licensing scope, and usage rights will be governed by that specific contract.

Color Accuracy & Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our prints as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display monitor will reflect exact print colors. Physical fabric samples or color pitch sheets may be defined within individual project agreements.

 

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

All artwork, seamless repeats (rapports), original illustrations, concepts, graphics, digital downloads, text, and logos displayed on this website are the sole property of Kalium and Katia Almeida, protected by international copyright laws.

  • Unauthorized copying, downloading, screenshots, reproduction, distribution, or derivative use of any print design or artwork on this website is strictly prohibited.
  • Accessing protected client galleries or private catalogs does not transfer any intellectual property rights.Commercial usage of any print is strictly forbidden unless an official design contract or license agreement has been fully executed and signed.

 

3. LICENSE & SITE ACCESS

Kalium grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of this website.

You may not:

  • Download, copy, or extract any print design, image, or content (except standard page caching).
  • Share access credentials or passwords to restricted client galleries with unauthorized third parties.
  • Use data mining, robots, or extraction tools on any part of the site.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of this website or its artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from Kalium.

 

4. CLIENT ACCOUNTS & PRIVATE ACCESS

If you are provided with a password or account credentials to view private print collections or project previews,you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Kalium reserves the right to revoke access, deny gallery requests, or terminate account access at its sole discretion without prior notice.

5. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit our website, submit a project request, or send emails to us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you via email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, disclosures, and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

By visiting kalium.pt, you agree that the laws of Portugal (and applicable European Union regulations) govern these Terms & Conditions and any dispute that might arise between you and Kalium.

7. SITE POLICIES & SEVERABILITY
